Expectations of the Children

Little Aston Primary School is committed to helping all members of the school community to achieve their full potential, in a caring, harmonious and motivating environment. We believe that your child is entitled to an excellent education and therefore has a stake in maintaining an orderly environment that is conducive to learning. The best way to encourage high standards of behaviour in school is through our clear code of conduct backed by our balanced combination of rewards and sanctions.

At Little Aston Primary School we follow a progressive system of rewards and incentives which:

  • Offer children motivation and enthusiasm

  • Enable children to work towards improvements in their work and behaviour and offer a framework which recognises improvements made by the child

  • Supports the school in teaching the principles which separate right from wrong
