SAT Results
The process of assessment, pupil tracking and target setting is given the highest priority at Little Aston Primary School to ensure that all children progress and reach their full potential. We balance teacher assessment with some formalised testing at intervals during the year. All of our children are involved in identifying their next steps in learning which we know is a major contributory factor in the good rates of progress made by all children this year
Our KS1 results this year are based on teacher assessment results. The table below details the percentage of children achieving each level. We are particularly pleased with the increase in the percentage of children achieving level 2B plus and level 3 in all subjects at KS1.

Our KS2 results are based upon the children’s SAT test results taken in May 2009. Again we were very pleased with our overall results which exceed Staffordshire County and national results this year.
